BBQ Pulled Pork

2 pounds pork shoulder roast
salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
6 Costanzo Rolls
Dinosaur BBQ Slathering Sauce
1) Preheat slow cooker on Low for 15 minutes.
2) Season pork shoulder with salt and pepper. Place pork in preheated slow cooker. Mix ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar in a bowl. Pour mixture over pork.
3) Cook on low for 8 hours. Transfer pork to a large bowl and shred the meat with two forks. Return to the slow cooker and continue to cook for 1 hour.
4) Serve on rolls with BBQ sauce to taste.
